Dutch Data

RIVM Data #

On March 20, Juan-Juan and I start tracking the development of the novel coronavirus in the Netherlands. We provide regular updates of the cross-sectional analysis of the infected rates over Dutch municipalities. On this page we share both the current and historical CSV data sets we are extracting daily from the RIVM’s website.

  • Click here to download the data sets from our FTP folder. Since March 20, we download the data by our own Python program.

  • We update daily around 4pm from March 20.

  • The data before March 20 was extracted from the online dataset shared by De Bruin, Menger and Kocken (2020) DOI. We acknowledge their excellent work in collecting the data. We recommend researchers to visit their Github website here.
